This has been a challenging week for our group of believers, what with the unexpected death of Bernell's sister, the death of Henry's father this morning, and Larry's continued illness. But, our God is mighty, and we need to be faithful and diligent to lift our requests to Him. God is in the business of miracles and He is always in control.
We were blessed to have Alice and Rebecca show up at our Life Group fellowship. Rebecca gave us an overview of her father's illness. He is still very sick and has not improved in a week. However, he has not declined any further. There is still no diagnosis, and the doctors do not expect to find one. Apparently Larry has had quite an impact on the hospital staff but that is not surprising to any of us who know Larry. Pray for this godly man to continue to have an impact, for peace for the whole family, and for Larry's healing. They ask for NO visitors as Larry is exhausted and he is in critical ICU at Florida Hospital. Cards, texts and words of encouragement are greatly appreciated!

Prayers Henry Knowles Father passed away this morning - pray for this family Larry Lanterman Bernell's family - death of his sister, Victoria Karen - lady that Bob and Lynne met in the parking lot at McDonald's, having marital problems. Rachel - Someone listed in the prayer center this morning - having family/social issues Nancy Maguire's boss - Diane, finished chemo/radiation. She has been through a lot! Bob & Sandy - leave on trip to Cameroon on May 11th. They will be sending out a prayer sheet.
